The apartment is very nice, with a great location, right next to the RER station, there is a big supermarket next door, a bakery, patisseries and a great park. The terrace is very nice, but unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use it. More attention could be paid to the cleanliness, because it was very tidy, but quite dusty. We also didn't find anything to clean the floor like a vacuum cleaner for example. It would be very helpful, especially for a longer stay.
And the towels are only two large /for the body/ and two small /for the face/. However, we were a family with two children. We asked for two more towels but they didn't give us any.
If these 2-3 small things are fixed, the apartment will be perfect.

Très bon séjour dans cette location.

Agréable séjour dans cette résidence très sécurisée. Tout est à portée de mains. Le logement est fonctionnel et les équipements de qualité.
Nous reviendrons assurément.

Great location for Disneyland and Paris as the RER station is 1 min walk away. There is also a supermarket 2 min walk away.
The apartment was clean and furnishings where nice. There is a car parking space under the building but would only recommend using it if you have a small-medium car.
This apartment was let down by a few small things which was a shame. There was no cover for the quilt and the bed hadn’t been made! The pull out sofa bed only had a single quilt for it!
There is no iron and hairdryer as listed. After contacting the agent to let them know they said that they would drop these items round, we only received the hairdryer!
The kitchen is not fully equipped for making meals and there were no plastic plates for the children to use and no bottle opener or wine glasses, if these small changes where done it would be a 5 star apartment!

We liked it, though more so for the great location and the not so expensive costs, than for the apartment itself.


PROS
- safety
- proximity with shops, restaurants and train station
- proximity with Disneyland Paris
- quiet neighborhood
- good furniture-to-space ratio

CONS
- mattress bigger than the frame and quite thin
- dust accumulates quickly
- no supply for toilet paper (only 1 roll for 10 days for 2 persons) or trash bags
- no dish towel
- a few of the listed supplies were not present (iron, smoke detector, fire extinguisher)
- the radiator works fine but it doesn't heat the room (barely feel it 1m away)
- hot water is limited and it takes a long time to heat up again

Second time we've chosen to stay here, due to the location. It somehow got worse than last time.
Entry instructions were forgotten, contact to help was convoluted and very rude. Airbnb host sends broken links, sending a link to their website, which links to the apartment-own site, which has incomplete and unclear instructions. The restaurant we ordered from 15 km away was nicer than the apartment host lol

- place seemed neglected; cupboards had stains, table had holes.
- no dish towel
- still no smoke detector, since over half a year
- no sharp knives / big knives (good luck cutting a carrot, or an onion)
- washing machine needs draining
