refrigerator The fridge doesn't work properly, what can I do?

Some checks to be made:

• The refrigerator must be plugged into an electrical outlet (test the outlet with other equipment).
• Check your electrical installation and the circuit breaker associated with your fridge and kitchen.
• Check the thermostat setting and then check the internal temperature of your fridge, place a thermometer inside, then read its temperature later.
• Also check that the condenser (at the back of the appliance) is clean.
• Check the seal that closes the fridge door if it is worn or deformed

If the fridge is making noise, unplug it, check that nothing is blocking the back of it, check that it is not wobbly and plug it back in.

If you have a puddle of water in the refrigerator, it means that the defrost water path is blocked.

There are several solutions:

• Check that there is no food in contact with the refrigerator wall for the defrosting water to flow through.
• check if the drain hole at the bottom (above the crisper) is not blocked, you can unblock it with a flexible wire (or a toothpick).

If after all these checks and actions, you find that the fridge is still defective, contact our Cocoonr teams so that we can proceed to its replacement.
