• Check the electrical connection of the iron

• The iron is staining your clothes

The iron must be scaled or contain limescale. To descale it, fill the tank halfway with white vinegar and water or use a special iron descaler. You must fill with "demineralised" water for ironing.

• Short circuit in the steam generator

The most likely cause is a leak in your appliance, in this case, inform our Cocoonr team so that we can proceed with its replacement.
