oven The oven doesn't work properly, what can I do?

• The power supply is faulty

Check that the electricity meter is working and that the power is coming into the oven's socket. Also check that the electrical socket is not melted due to electrical overheating.

• Reset the oven

Clear the control panel of all control signals. Wait a few seconds and it will start to light up again.

• The DEMO mode is activated

Follow the instructions in this video to deactivate the mode, otherwise look in the manual of the appliance.

• The lock button is engaged

Press the lock button for several seconds until the symbol disappears.

• The oven does not heat up

If the oven light is out of order, inform our Cocoonr team so that we can replace it.
