coffee maker The coffee maker doesn't work properly, what can I do?

First of all, check whether the electrical connections are functional (electrical sockets, power supply wires, etc.), and also check the electrical panel.

• For a filter coffee maker :

If the coffee maker no longer flows, the problem may be limescale. You can descale it with a mixture of 75% vinegar and 25% water, or with a descaling agent designed for this purpose. Pour the mixture into the reservoir and turn on the coffee maker to clean it. Also check that the water tank is full.

• For a pod/capsule coffee maker:

Does the coffee not taste good? Then clean the coffee maker.

If the tank, the capsule/dosage holder or the cup holder are dirty or have traces of lime, clean them in a mixture of water, washing-up liquid and vinegar for a few hours, then rinse them.

If the Nespresso machine flashes: there is simply not enough water in the tank.

If your coffee machine is still defective even after all these manipulations, contact our Cocoonr teams so that we can proceed with its replacement.

If the programming of the Nespresso is out of order here is the process:

• Turn on the Nespresso coffee machine;
• Wait until the two buttons are no longer flashing;
• Add a capsule;
• To program the length of a small cup, press and hold the small cup/large cup button. Release your finger when you are satisfied with the size of coffee you want to make every day;
• And press the small or large cup button once to get the same amount of coffee every time.
