L'agence Cocoonr vous propose à la location, à Antibes, ce charmant appartement en duplex climatisé à moins d’un kilomètre de la plage, avec wifi, d’une superficie de 45 m² et pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 3 voyageurs (2 adultes et 1 enfant). Situé au 2e étage (sans ascenseur), il se compose d’une jolie pièce à vivre, cuisine équipée, d’une belle chambre, une salle de bain (avec douche).
Le ménage est inclus dans la location et du linge vous est fourni (draps, serviettes de toilette, torchons), votre lit sera préparé à votre arrivée.
Le logement se compose de la manière suivante :
- Une pièce de vie avec TV et un lit simple sous les toits, mansardé, correspond pour 1 enfant uniquement, car peu de hauteur sous plafond

L’appartement est situé dans le vieil Antibes qui est une zone piétonne, il est impossible d’accéder à l’appartement en voiture. Les Parkings Q-Park du Port Vauban et de la Poste sont situés à 3-5min

A lovely modern apartment in Antibes for me and my two friends with perfect communication from the host. Perfectly located and very clean. Only downside was a slight smell in the toilet and a very low ceiling for the single bed. Overall, very happy with our stay.

le logement est super bien placé ! possibilité de se rendre au centre en 5 min à pieds même pas. La conciergerie est hyper disponible et réactive !

We enjoyed our stay at L'Hacienda. The apartment was clean except for some bug debris by the upstairs kitchen window where the router sits. I enjoyed having a kind size bed - 2 twins pushed together but still good. The shower stall is tiny. The location is good. It was just a short walk to restaurants, shopping and the market.

Good location however the house was unequipped with basic things like a washing line and tea towels. Very low roofs upstairs.

Great location in Old Antibes, quiet area. Good for 1 or 2 people. Only one bathroom inside the room. Mind the ceiling, is very low. Good decoration and appliances. Great if you don’t mind extra small spaces.

Bon emplacement mais zone piétonne donc inaccessible en voiture.
Proche des commerces, restaurants et lieux de visite.
Appartement en duplex complètement refait (mais déjà des accrocs et quelques problèmes de finition), joliment décoré.
Pièce de séjour agréable, avec un coin mansardé assez peu pratique cependant.
Il n'y a pas lave-vaisselle contrairement à la description. Le four à micro ondes ne fonctionne pas (?).
Peu de matériel de cuisine.
Salle de bain très petite avec aucun endroit pour poser ses affaires.
Pas de gel douche, ni de gel main.
Après signalement, on nous en a apporté rapidement.
Chambre avec placard mais l'espace de circulation est très réduit.
Une grosse réserve pour la qualité du ménage dans la chambre où les draps ne semblaient pas avoir été changés.
Après signalement à l'agence, une femme de ménage est venue donner un "coup" de balai, mais les draps n'ont pas été changés.
Globalement bien.

The place is located in Old City. Peaceful and charming. However, cars are not allowed access. Many nights we were dropped off and forced to walk over 3/4KM to the location to thr home.
The home is located up three flights of steps. The shower is barely big enough to fit 1 adult male 6ft tall avg build.
The upstairs bed is located in what is best described as Anne Franks living quarters. The only way to access the bed is to crawl. You can not even sit up straight in the bed without hitting your head.
The AC unit in the kitchen area did not cool the place. There was no diswashing soap, utensils or cups.
Location not terrible but not what was described. Host also stated that we could arrive and place belongings at noon, then sent a rude message saying we couldnt access the place after confirming weeks in advance that we could.
Again, not a terrible stay but will not stay again.

We are sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that every point you mention is clearly described in the listing before booking.
The apartment is located in the heart of Antibes' Old Town, a historic pedestrian area where vehicle access is restricted. This is part of the unique charm of the location and is not hidden from guests.
The apartment is also described as being accessed by stairs, and the sleeping area on the upper level is shown in the photos and explained in the description due to the limited ceiling height.
Regarding your arrival, we did our best to accommodate your request for early luggage drop-off. Unfortunately, access to the apartment ultimately depends on the completion of cleaning after the previous guests' departure, and we cannot compromise the quality of preparation for incoming guests.
Finally, the apartment is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, glasses and dishwashing liquid. If anything had been missing, we would have been happy to bring it to you immediately had you contacted us during your stay.
We always encourage guests to read the listing carefully before booking, especially when choosing a unique property in a historic building, to ensure it matches their expectations.

This place was promising, however it was horribly small & claustrophobic feeling. With the bathroom in the bedroom & downstairs with a TINY window opening to another building with NO airflow the bedroom STANK soooo bad as the bathroom had a horrible stench of sewage that was so bad I was dry heaving & went elsewhere to shower. They attempted to fix this but in my opinion shoving baking soda down the drains & spraying chemicals to mask it makes it worse. The roof at the top of the stairs is too low to stand upright & the couch is an odd size. The aircon upstairs doesn't really cool the house & the bedroom is soooo tight you have to lug your bag over the bed to get to the cupboard. The free washing machine in the building is open to ANYONE on the stairway into the house & is ALWAYS running so i didn't once get to use it & the king bed described is actually 2 beds that separate when sleeping. You are taken to an external site which is too much just for checking in.

Regarding the bathroom odor, we responded as soon as you informed us and intervened during your stay. The treatment applied was a professional maintenance solution intended to resolve the issue rather than simply mask it. We regret that the result did not meet your expectations.
As for the size and layout of the apartment, these are accurately represented in the listing through the photos, floor plan and description, allowing guests to make an informed choice before booking.
We would also like to clarify a few points:
The washing machine is located in the building's common area, as clearly indicated in the listing. It is shared with the building's occupants, not accessible to the general public.
The bed is made up of two high-quality single mattresses forming a king-size bed, a common setup in many hospitality accommodations.
Our online check-in process is secure, straightforward, and designed to provide guests with all the information they need before arrival. The vast majority of our guests find it quick and convenient.
We always appreciate constructive feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience we offer our guests.

The place itself was cozy, but several issues affected our stay. The bedroom was located right next to the bathroom/toilet, which had a extremely strong sewage smell. This made it difficult to sleep in the bedroom, and we had to keep the window open to air out the room at all times. This was not mentioned in the description of the place.
The apartment was also poorly soundproofed, and we woke up whenever people on the lower floors opened or closed doors. This disturbed our sleep, and I had to use earplugs. We were also concerned about the hairdryer, as it started smoking during use.
Another serious concern was the hairdryer, which seemed unsafe; it started smoking while in use and appeared close to catching fire. Overall, although the place was cozy, clean and atmospheric, the sewage smell, noise made the stay less comfortable than expected. If the sewage issue above get fixed, I would recommend this place. The apartment was easy to find in the old town. Easy key solution.

Déçu du rapport qualité-prix. L'appartement était sale, il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle donc la propreté de la vaisselle dépend des locataires précédents et nous avons pu deviné en partie ce qu'ils avaient mangé ou bu en regardant les couverts et les tasses (pas les verres ca il n'y en a pas). Il y avait de la poussière jusqu'à l'intérieur des placards à nourriture et le réfrigérateur n'avait pas été correctement nettoyé. Mais le plus problématique, c'est l'odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain dont la porte donne directement dans la chambre. Attention également à la tête en montant l'escalier: il faut impérativement se courber pour finir de monter l'escalier et se rendre dans le salon.
Par contre, l'appartement est super bien situé: avec un peu plus d'attention, il a le potentiel de devenir un perle rare.

Very low roof and uncomfortable to move around. I’m 164cm. The bed in the room is too big for the space. A queen bed will fit better. No space for luggage. The smallest shower in all Airbnbs I have stayed at. There are no glasses only mugs. 4 Big Coffee mugs and 4 smaller ones for tea.
The linen was nice and clean. The apartment was a little dusty and has fair amount of snags that have to be addressed.

Le logement est bien situé, propre.
Le soucis c’est la hauteur sous plafond notamment a la sortie de l’escalier ou elle est de moins 1m50.
L’agencement n’est pas vraiment fonctionnel avec une chambre incluant le sanitaire et la salle de bain. On peut à peine se tourner dans la douche.
Je n’ai pas vu de lave vaisselle malgré la présence de pastilles.
