Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich ausgezeichnet! Auf der einen Seite ist man direkt am Meer, auf der anderen Seite direkt am Markt und abends schnell bei den vielen Restaurants und Bars. Der Strand ist in wenigen 100 Metern erreichbar – entsprechend ist er natürlich recht voll.

Auch der Bahnhof ist gut zu erreichen. Von dort aus haben wir Ausflüge nach Monaco, Nizza und Cannes gemacht.

Wie beschrieben, kann man leider nicht mit dem Auto direkt zur Wohnung fahren, daher sollte man etwas Zeit fürs Gepäcktragen einplanen. Wir haben im Parkhaus am Hafen geparkt und waren damit sehr zufrieden – große Parkplätze und Wochenkarten.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Die Klimaanlage im Flur funktioniert sehr gut und kühlt die ganze Wohnung. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war der Duschabfluss, der sich regelmäßig schon durch wenige Haare zugesetzt hat. Das lässt sich aber schnell beheben.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung aufgrund der tollen Lage gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful spot in the heart of Old Antibes. Will visit again!

My husband and I stayed in this Airbnb for 7 nights and it was a wonderful base for our adventures. Some notable highlights were the air conditioner (a life-saver during the heat wave), the washer, large comfortable bed, and location (right between the sea and the market). It was also very quiet which was nice, especially at night.

A couple things to note: the location is in a pedestrian only so if you're looking to take Ubers anywhere you will need to walk to catch them. The area of the Airbnb does have a decent amount of foot traffic as the road is very picturesque (lots of IG models). Since the apartment is ground level if you have your curtains open people are looking right into the home. The heat was extreme when we were there so we had the shutters closed most of the time. Also, pack your own beach towels (or buy them).

With that said, we would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking to base themselves in Antibes and enjoy all the South of France has to offer. 5 stars!

We had an excellent stay at the beautiful Antibes apartment, L'Orme Antibois. The agency was kind enough to let us check in early because we were so tired after our flight. There was some difficulty with the lock box--the code we had been given didn't work--but a call to the agency resolved the issue quickly. The only real problem was the air conditioning, which mysteriously stopped working after 2 days. The agency was quick to send a technician out, but he said it was fixed (it wasn't) so eventually the owner of the flat and her husband brought someone to look at it; unfortunately their technician didn't have the necessary part in stock. We opened all the windows and found the breeze was enough to be comfortable, though it also let in all the noise of tourists passing by. Despite this setback we really enjoyed our stay (and the AC mysteriously started working again before we left!).

We had the most amazing stay! Highly recommend and we can’t wait to stay here again. The place is the perfect size and perfect location right by the sea and also the market/ shops the other side. Such great local recommendations and the place was spotless and decorated so beautifully. Missing waking up with our morning coffee at this beautiful place but we can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is a perfectly located on a quiet beautiful street with easy access to everything Antibes has to offer. We initially had a little trouble with the electronic lock for checking in and the Cocoonr representative we spoke with was efficient and friendly in helping us resolve the issue. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and that gorgeous Mediterranean light coming through the windows. Can’t wait to come back! :)

Everything about the place is stunning - perfect location and great size for me and my daughter . There were games to play and a TV connected to Prime and Netflix .
Only thing we’d comment on is the smell from the shower / the waste water - but I guess as it’s such an old village the drainage / pipes are an issue and there’s not much that can be done about that.

The sweetest place we stayed at over our trip. Charming and great location. I arrived in evening and google maps couldn’t find the place and took me in a roundabout way but I eventually found it and was delighted by how thoughtful the space was. Great feng shui. Thank you

We LOVED this airbnb! The location was incredible, we couldn't believe how lucky we were to be steps from the beautiful old town, the ocean, and plenty of cafes and shops. If we return to Antibes we would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was perfect for our week stay in Antibes. The location is about as good as it gets in the ramparted old city. It is a pretty decent walk to and from the train station, but as long as you're prepared for that, the location is very central to all the great things Antibes has to offer. It seems like the internet has discovered the small passageway/street in front of the apartment because there were photos being taken all day long out front. It provided a lot of entertainment for me and my family during our stay! The apartment is really well laid out and was super comfortable for our family of three. The kitchen has everything you need except for dish towels and the water pressure in the shower is excellent. Cocoonr was easy to communicate with; the lockbox check in and out worked really well. We left some snorkel masks in the place for the next guests to enjoy. We recommend going out to Plage de la Gravette - so many cool fish to see!

This location!!! We loved our stay here so much. The flat was in the perfect location, right by the market, in the center of old town and a few minute walk to the beach. It was clean and quiet and had everything we needed for our stay in Antibes.

This apartment was fantastic! Great location -- in the middle of the very walkable old town and just up the street from the daily market with fresh produce, etc., but very quiet nonetheless. We appreciated the local recommendations and clear instructions, as well as a pretty stocked kitchen to cook in. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful apartment in Old Antibes, which matched the listing. Quiet, comfortable and within walking distance of the market, shops, beach, train station, and car park making the location perfect for us. Planning to book again. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful holiday.

PROS:
1_Lots of restaurants
2_Couple groceries store not far such as carrefour and Super U (Super U was much cleaner with more items)
3_A nice little park not far away
4_Couple beaches nearby

CONS:

1_ Parking: ALL Q-PARK do not reserve your spot even if you paid in advance. Here is the thing. You will need to make sure (during the high season) to come back to the parking before or after dinner time otherwise you will keep on looking for a spot until someone leaves (you won't be the only one fighting for it). Once, we knew the trick it was okay to park.

2_If you have a lots of luggages that might not be the place for you because the parkings are maybe 8-10 minutes away. Not a big deal if it is not hot like us in July.

3_ The AC is okay to cool the place but not enough to cool the two rooms perfectly. They provided a fan so we used it to redirect the AC air flow into the rooms and that did the trick during the day and night.

Ideal location for visitors - sandwiched between the bars and restaurants and literally a 30 second walk to the water, giving it an authentic, medieval feel. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Lots of windows and on the (elevated) ground floor. Only issue I had was the host promised to deliver a couple basic things (fan, pillows etc) 24 hours prior to my arrival and they were never received despite multiple follow ups over 3 days. I think the confusion was that they didn’t have those extra items but did not know how to communicate that back to me, which was a bit frustrating. Nevertheless a good host and apartment.
