À propos du logement
Présentation
Nous vous proposons à la location, sur la commune de Cannes, ce charmant appartement climatisé, entièrement rénové en 2022, à moins d’un kilomètre de la plage, d’une superficie de 49 m² et pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 4 voyageurs. Situé au 2e étage (avec ascenseur), il se compose d’une jolie pièce à vivre de 30 m², d'une cuisine ouverte équipée, d’une belle chambre, d'une salle d'eau. Wifi (fibre optique) inclus, nous n’attendons plus que vous !
Le logement se compose de la manière suivante :
- Une pièce de vie de 30 m² avec TV, canapé convertible (double) et espace repas.
- Une cuisine ouverte équipée avec notamment : bouilloire électrique, four, four à micro-ondes, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, plaques de cuisson, cafetière à dosettes Nespresso...
- Une chambre avec un lit king-size (180×200) et des rangements
- Une salle d'eau avec douche et WC.
Extérieur :
- Un balcon exposé Nord Ouest, de dimension 1.5×3 avec mobilier pour profiter des beaux jours.
Pour encore plus de confort, les propriétaires ont décidé d’investir dans les équipements complémentaires suivants : lave-linge, sèche-linge, ventilateur, table et fer à repasser.
L’appartement est idéalement situé à Cannes, dans un environnement très agréable à seulement 150 mètres de la gare, idéal pour se déplacer. Vous pourrez bénéficier à proximité de tous les commerces essentiels mais aussi de boutiques, restaurants, bars, marché...
Activités :
Cannes est une ville balnéaire de la Côte d'Azur qui regorge d'activités tant touristiques que typiques. Nous vous proposons de flâner sur la côte en vous promenant afin de profiter des magnifiques points de vue et de la douceur provençale. Si vous êtes avide de sensations, de nombreuses activités nautiques sont proposées sur les plages de la région : jetski, parachute ascensionnel, paddle... Si vous souhaitez plus d'authenticité, rendez-vous au Vieux Port afin d'effectuer une traversée en direction des Îles de Lérins. Et bien sûr que serait Cannes sans sa vie nocturne animée, restaurants, bars d'ambiance, casinos, hôtels luxuriants et commerces à seulement quelques pas de l'appartement.
Transports :
Si vous choisissez de venir en voiture, vous pourrez vous garer à proximité du logement sur des parkings gratuit et payant.
Pour ce qui est des autres modes de transports, voici quelques informations qui pourront vous être utiles :
- Réseau Palmbus
- Navette Trans Côte d'Azur en direction de St Tropez.
- Bateau en direction des Iles de Lérins en direction de Saint-Tropez (durée de la traversée : 15 minutes).
- Gare la plus proche : gare de Cannes située à environ 2 minutes à pied.
- Aéroport le plus proche : aéroport de Nice situé à environ 30 minutes en voiture.
Autres remarques :
- Le linge de lit et les serviettes ne sont pas inclus et peuvent être fournis sur demande, en supplément (location et règlement à faire auprès de notre partenaire sur place). Les tarifs donnés sont à titre indicatif, soumis à modification par notre partenaire.
- Wifi gratuit à disposition (fibre optique).
- Les animaux ne sont pas admis dans le logement.
- Le ménage de fin de séjour comprend la préparation du logement pour les futurs visiteurs. Merci de le laisser dans un état correct de propreté et de nettoyer les appareils électroménagers après usage.
Pour vous assurer un séjour aussi agréable et confortable que possible, ce logement est géré en partenariat par les équipes de Book&Pay (service de gestion des annonces et réservations) et une conciergerie locale.

Wonderful apartment which has everything necessary for life even more. Comfortable beds clean bed linen and towels. Excellent water pressure and stable Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is close to the main attractions and supermarket. We were absolutely satisfied with this stay thank you. Great location and a very nice apartment! Located very close to Croisette and Rue d’Antibes, neighbouring amazing Marche Forville market, Cannes Railway Station and Monoprix Supermarket.
The apartment is well-equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay of 2 people.
A nice small balcony is a good addition.
The only problem was the bed. There were two attached single beds, instead of the king size bed mentioned in the description. Mattresses also live much to be desired.
Other than that, everything was fine.

🙂 Posizionato nella zona pedonale si raggiunge la spiaggia in 7 min a piedi. Supermercato e ristoranti vicinissimi. Aria condizionata in tutto l’appartamento, graditissima ad agosto! Appartamento completo con stoviglie, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere,giochi da tavolo, ombrellone. A 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria.
🙁 Scomodo lo scarico dei bagagli dall’auto in quanto la zona è pedonale e non si può accedere per alcuni metri. In alta stagione impossibile trovare parcheggi liberi bisogna usufruire di quelli privati a pagamento. Balcone piccolissimo, giusto utile per stendere i panni.

🙂 Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, Bahnhof 60 m, Markt und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in der Nähe. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Gut ausgestattete Küche, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Bequeme Matratzen im Schlafzimmer. Sauberes Badezimmer mit der neuen Duschkabine. Die Vermieterin war gut telefonisch erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
🙁 Am ersten Tag bei der Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir leider auf die Vermieterin ca.30 Min. draußen warten, obwohl der Termin vorher abgesprochen wurde. Nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten haben wir nach einer halben Stunde unsere Schlüssel bekommen.

🙂 Die Lage , liegt in der Altstadt (praktisch im Zentrum) und in der Nähe des Strandes .Schöne Einrichtung
🙁 Das Apparttamennt war sehr schmutzig, die Decken waren dreckig und hatten keine Bettwäsche, alles sehr staubig, die Küche nicht gereinigt und unordentlich (zum Teil klebrige Wachs oder Ölpuren), im Tiefkühler giengs gar nicht schmutziger... wir haben alles was wir brauchten selbst gereinigt!!!!!

Posizione ottima, ma purtroppo è l’unico aspetto positivo.

🙁 L’appartamento era in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: tanta polvere su tutti i ripiani, capelli ovunque, tappetini da bagno e cucina sporchi, pavimento visibilmente non pulito. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato chiesto di lasciare 50 € in contanti per un “servizio” che avrebbe dovuto includere asciugamani, lenzuola e capsule per caffè e tè. In realtà, il letto del salone ce lo siamo dovuti preparare da soli e, aprendo il divano letto, sono usciti accendini, pile, pinze per capelli, oltre a lenzuola con evidenti macchie di sangue.
Ci è stato fornito un solo asciugamano a testa, dall’aspetto tutt’altro che pulito. La macchina del caffè non era presente (nonostante fosse tra i servizi dichiarati); alla nostra richiesta ci è stato detto che sarebbe arrivata il giorno dopo perché "in riparazione" — non è mai arrivata. Anche l’asciugacapelli, segnalato tra i servizi, era assente.
La mattina successiva abbiamo segnalato tutto chiedendo almeno la restituzione della quota e una pulizia dell’appartamento, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Vista la situazione, abbiamo deciso di interrompere il soggiorno con un giorno di anticipo.

Host was not responding our messages and calls. One day before arrival we received a message that we have to pay additional 70€ for 2 person for towels and linen. Lady asked us to send money on her personal Lebanon account. After we refused to pay, there were no replies.
On the day of check in, we had no instructions how to check in. Only few hours before our arrival (18:00) lady picked up the phone, but she was not speaking English. Keys were left in the shop on1st floor. No information about floor or Mr of apartment. We had to guess and try each door to find ours. Apartment was dirty, used linen was on the bad together with used towels. Apartment was not cleaned after previous guests. We didn’t receive any instructions for check out either, so we left the keys where we took them. Highly don’t recommend this host. Not possible to communicate, dirty apartment, unpleasant experience

– The listing clearly states that linens (sheets and towels) are available at an additional cost and must be reserved in advance with our external service provider. We understand that this may have come as a surprise if you did not see it when you made your reservation.
– Regarding communication, we regret that our local service provider was not immediately available. Language and network issues can sometimes arise, but we do our utmost to respond quickly.
– Finally, regarding the condition of the apartment, we apologize if the cleaning was not up to standard. This does not reflect our usual standards.

Moreover, we did not receive any communication from you during your stay regarding any concerns about hygiene or the bed linens. Please remember that our local partner and Traveler Relations Service are available every day to assist you, and we encourage guests to reach out immediately as any issue or question arises. Regarding your remarks about the photos, we must admit we do not understand the concern, as the images accurately reflect the accommodation as it is. In addition, we would like to point out that your departure took place later than scheduled, which complicated the cleaning and preparation for the next guest’s arrival.
Host was unreliable. Despite 1 hour prenotice for checking in, she keept us waiting for 2 hours in front of the door with 2 kids (when raining). Then sent a kid to give us the keys!
Elevator us very small, we had to carry the baby stroller on the stairs.
Cheap furniture
Won't book a second time!
