The surface area of the studio is indeed mentioned in the ad, as are the photos, which are faithful to the reality of the accommodation. Regarding the sofa bed, the ad does indeed state that it is the main sleeping area. This optimizes space in this type of accommodation. Regarding the price, we understand your concern, but it's normal for rates to vary according to the period, especially during major events such as the Cannes Film Festival. Towels were indeed offered as an option at the time of your booking, but are now included for added comfort.
Finally, our agency is available 7 days a week by telephone for any urgent requests. We also systematically respond to messages, although this can sometimes take a little longer depending on how busy we are. We are delighted that communication with the owner was optimal.

Hello Sobchak, we were genuinely surprised by your feedback. All the details about the studio are clearly described in the listing. The space is compact but functional, with a small closet for storage, and the window opens onto a private courtyard with a high wall, ensuring complete privacy. From the moment you reported the issue with the shower, we responded promptly and arranged for a plumber to fix it the very next day. To ensure a seamless experience, our Traveler Relations Service and local concierge were also available daily to assist you both before and during your stay. Regarding the cup you mentioned: while we thoroughly clean and check all dishes between each stay, on rare occasions a single item may be unintentionally overlooked. As for the wear on the entrance wall, we are located in the historic Suquet district of Cannes — a charming but older area where renovations require special authorization from the co-ownership, which is beyond our control. Considering that the issue you encountered was resolved quickly and that you stayed for the full duration of your booking without further complaint, your request for a refund seems unjustified. We remain committed to providing transparent and responsive service and did everything possible to ensure your comfort.
