🙂 A beautifully positioned Chalet. The view from the chalet is amazing and it’s in such a convenient position. You are able to ski right to the front door the door on your way home, or simply walk from the chalet to the up the hill approximately 40m, clip in and ski down the beginner slope at 1800.

The apartment is well appointed with plenty of storage and places to hang our ski clothes. We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room for us and our ski gear during our week long stay. The ski locker on the porch was very handy as well.

The car park is a short walk away, so it does required a few trips to unload into the chalet, but the parking is underneath the larger apartment block that is part of the same complex, so there is no risk of you car getting blocked by the snow.

The staff were very helpful and were always available.

I would highly recommend this chalet if you are visiting Les Orres.

🙁 There were only a small number of inconveniences that were not major issues, and could be easily remedied. The beds are very firm, which some people might like but can be a bit hard after a day of skiing. There was only 1 tablet for the dishwasher, no plug for the kitchen sink, one rubbish bag and only one roll of toilet paper. While this isn’t a big negative, just be aware you’ll need to bring those things with you or be prepared to buy more if you stay for more than a weekend.

🙂 Idéalement situé au bord des pistes a 1800. Il permet d acceder à toute la station et d en revenir ski aux pieds. Le centre du village est accessible à pied. La voiture reste au chaud dans le parking souterrain.
Terrasse avec belle vue sur le front de neige.
Appartement propre et bien équipé.
Le service de conciergerie est efficace et tres devoué.
Excellent rapport qualité prix !

🙂 Location of the facility is great, next the slopes.

🙁 We waited over 1.5 hours to collect the keys, despite having informed them of our arrival time. When we finally received the keys and brought all our belongings – which was difficult, as we were not allowed to drive to the accommodation even though there was an access road – we were told we had been placed in the wrong facility and had to move everything to another one. Parking in the garage was also not possible because we have a Thule on the car, and at no point during the reservation was a height restriction mentioned. As a result, we had to pay for public parking for a week at our own expense, which was quite costly, as the owner refused to cover this cost and would not allow us to park outside next to the facility. Upon arrival, we also had to put on our own sheets (something we have never experienced before), there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom (which is standard in other accommodations), and the bathroom had no heating, so it was quite cold.
Na preuzimanje ključeva smo čekali više od 1,5 sata iako smo najavili vrijeme dolaska. Kada smo dobili ključeve od smještaja i unijeli sve stvari (što nije bilo jednostavno jer nas nisu željeli pustiti do smještaja s autom iako postoji pristupni put), javili su nam da su nas smjestili u pogrešni objekt pa smo sve stvari morali seliti u drugi objekt. Niti parkiranje u garaži nije bilo moguće jer imamo Thule na autu (a nigdje prilikom rezervacije nije bilo navedeno da postoji visinsko ograničenje), tako da smo morali o svom trošku platit javno parkiranje za tjedan dana (što je na kraju ispala dosta visoka cijena) jer je vlasnica objekta odbila pokriti navedeni trošak, a nije nas željela pustiti niti da parkiramo vani pored objekta. Prilikom dolaska smo također sami morali navuči posteljinu (do sada nikada u životu tako nešto nismo doživjeli), u toaletu nije bilo niti toaletnog papira i sapuna (što se u drugim smještajima podrazumijeva), a toalet također nema grijanje pa je dosta hladno u njemu.

L’appartement est coforme aux photos. Il faudrait plus détailler tout ce qu’il y a à l’intérieur afin que l’on amène pas des choses en double. Le défaut de cet appart. se sont les murs qui ne sont pas épais et on vit avec les voisins. Pour notre cas, habitant à 1h, nous y avons dormi qu’une nuit et après nous avons fait les trajets tous les jours parce qu’impossible de dormir.
