Présentation
Niché au 5ème étage d'un bel immeuble ancien avec ascenseur, vous apprécierez l'emplacement central de cet appartement de 35m². Dans le quartier de l'Hôtel de ville, à proximité immédiate des commerces, des attractions touristiques, des restaurants et transports, vous ne pourrez pas être mieux placé pour profiter au maximum de votre séjour lyonnais.
Art Home est composé d'une pièce de vie avec cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un coin salon avec télévision, d'une salle de bain avec ses pierres apparentes et WC, une grande chambre pour 2 personnes, avec placard et rangements. L’appartement donne sur une cour. Son étage élevé lui apporte à la fois une belle luminosité, mais aussi un calme absolu.

- Arrêt de bus Terreaux La Feuillée au pied du logement
- Parking souterrain LPA - Terreaux à 5 minutes à pieds
- Gare ferroviaire Lyon Part Dieu à 20 minutes en bus
Art Home est géré par l'agence Cocoonr de Lyon et sera préparé pour votre arrivée. Vous serez accueilli sur place par une personne de notre équipe qui vous présentera cet appartement, son fonctionnement et vous remettra les clés.
Des draps, serviettes, tapis et torchons de qualité sont fournis et les lits sont faits à votre arrivée.
Pour bien commencer votre séjour, nous vous offrons quelques dosettes de café et quelques sachets de thé et tisane.

Excellent location, comfort and space, very good value for money.
🙂 The apartment is set up in practical and comfortable way: plenty of space for two. We liked that the bedroom has a door: if one person wants to rest, the other can watch tv or make dinner at the kitchen. The bed and sofa are comfortable, the kitchen is more than sufficiently equipped for a short stay, the bathroom is spacious and elegant. The little balcony is charming. The contact about the keys etc was perfect: via WhatsApp, swift response, helpful.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung an perfekter Lage
Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir durch Sakina sehr freundlich begrüsst. Sie erklärte uns alles Wichtige - und richtete für uns gleich den Wi-Fi-Zugang ein. Die Wohnung ist für die Erkundung der Stadt perfekt gelegen. Da die Fenster auf einen Innenhof gehen, ist es auch nachts sehr ruhig - den Zugang zum 5. Stockwerk mit dem Mini-Lift haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmässig und schön eingerichtet - z.B. Garderobenhaken beim Eingang, kleine Küchenzeile mit Nespresso-Maschine und allem Nötigen. Genügend Stauraum im Schlafzimmer und ein sehr gutes Bett.

Lovely little apartment in convenient location for exploring the city
🙂 A nice bedroom apartment with large bedroom with good storage options & very comfortable bed. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything necessary to make a meal. Appreciated the elevator as it was in the 5 th floor. Excellent location for exploring the city & easy connection for transit. Excellent communication with site representative.

Great great location! They had a QR code for restaurant and bar recommendations. There’s so much to do in the area. You can walk in any direction and see many bars, restaurants, old town, grocery stores, shopping. The 13 bus just at the corner goes to the train station which is very convenient as well.
Room was very quiet with the exception of some small kids in the courtyard but that was during the day. At night, it was very peaceful. We literally never saw anyone in the elevator or entryway.
Some quirks to be aware of:
The elevator works great but it’s VERY narrow even by European standards. The shower drains slowly when the washing machine is running so just plan accordingly!

The pictures of the apartment are exactly how the apartment looks. The cleanliness, the way it was styled, lots of natural light. The amenities were all of a high standard.
Centrally located close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets & public transport.
Apartment is a very good size. Good amount of storage space throughout. Well equipped for a longer stay.
Communication was extremely easy.
We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay and would recommend this place.

Quiet and clean in east walking distance to everything.
🙂 Perfect location in easy walking distance to everything. The space was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There is even a small elevator, which was quite handy on arrival and departure. My train arrived much later than expected, and Delphine braved the end of a manifestation to greet me upon my arrival. It was much appreciated!
🙁 Maybe a thicker extra blanket for the bedroom and living room? I would have used them instead of the heat had they been available. But really, it was wonderful.

🙂 Nous sommes arrivés très en retard, et la personne qui avait les clés nous a attendu. C'est un bel appartement qui se situe dans une cour au calme, confortable, bien agencé, très propre. Il est surtout très bien situé dans la partie Saône de Lyon c'est à dire très proche du vieux Lyon.
Je vous conseille vivement cet appartement.

Logement joli, calme et agréable avec vue sur cour, propre à notre arrivée avec tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur. Les wc avaient une fuite malgré l'intervention d'un réparateur. Nous avons dû la colmater avec des draps de bain pour éviter l'eau de se répandre. Nous avons apprécié l'appel rapide de l'agence afin de remédier au problème. Petit soucis avec le réglage de la tv. Tous les films sont en version original. Il est impossible de les mettre en français (à moins qu'un as de la télécommande passe par là). L'appartement est idéalement bien placé, on peut tout faire à pieds ou en bus. Quartier sécure et vivant avec commerces et restaurants.

🙂 Appartement très calme étant donné le quartier animé ( et même trop animé en cette période de troubles dans la ville), bien conçu, avec l'équipement minimum fonctionnel (le lave-linge est appréciable quand on est en voyage itinérant). le quartier est commerçant et proche des berges de la Saône; il suffit de traverser pour rejoindre le vieux Lyon. des stationnements sont possibles pas trop loin sur les quais.

🙁 Upon arrival we noted that there was just a little more than one roll of toilet paper, we deemed insufficient for 2 persons for 5 days. The person who brought us the keys said hill bring some more the next day. He didn’t and a mail remained ignored. It turns out we were supposed to get our own. We should have been told when we arrived or at latest when we wrote the company. Instead we ware given false information and no reply to our mail.

Perfekter Spot im spannenden Lyon
🙂 Die Lage ist perfekt und zu empfehlen. Das Appartment ist zweckmäßig, groß genug und mit Blick auf den Hinterhof auch mitten in der Stadt sehr ruhig. Der Aufzug ist Winzig (wirklich!) aber besser, Als in den 5. Stock laufen :-) Die Ausstattung ist gut und modern, das Bad hat viel Flair und ist brandneu. Ein kleiner Balkon rundet das angenehme Bild ab - hier lässt es sich ein paar Tage aushalten! Tage, die Lynon verdient hat - zum Erkunden und Shoppen ist die Wohnung ideal gelegen. Die Agentur der Vermieter ist supernett und professionell.
🙁 Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktionert :-( Einziger Mangel in Lyon: Parken ist fast so teuer wie Übernachten....

great location, cozy apartment but lacked extractor and had to follow some strange strict rules
🙂 the location was perfect, as well as the quirky building. the pillow and bed were decent and we liked the fact that the window had retractable blinds.
🙁 we were surprised to receive an email with the check out instructions in which we were told to take the towels out and put them in the bin, take all the garbage bags and take them to the bins outside.
I thought we were paying to stay here as we travel and have these taken care of…
also, there was no extractor in the kitchen, anything you cocked, smelled in the entire house.
while our deposit would be under danger if we did not take the garbage out or if we left any possession inside, I had to search for the plunger and clear the bath drain, because it was clogged and couldn’t shower. but I guess that is ok.
finally, the heat: it was cold during the nights. we were instructed, to not have more than 19 degrees in the apartment, even though the radiators were cold most of the time so it didn’t really matter.

We booked this place for 2 nights to spend sometime in Lyon… we wanted to be very central so we could be close to all the attractions & restaurants etc…
The location was great… but unfortunately that was about all that was great…
The apartment was very small and hot… it has a air-conditioner unit but no remote and we were told that it was broken… the Agency host delivered a fan which didn’t help much as it just stirred the hot air around
You also couldn’t really open the doors & windows as other apartments we only meters away and could see straight into our unit so very little privacy
The bed linen & towels were very nice a clean but the pillows were very sub standard, flat and no support plus no extras
Definitely a lot of Rome for improvement in this place

🙁 Internet speeds were abysmal, one of the two radiators did not make heat, the building elevator could not be used from the floor of the apartment, and there were bugs in the bathroom.

Appartamento centrale ma poco funzionale.

🙁 Esposizione terribile,affaccio su chiostrina molto rumorosa.Balcone inesistente.Molto caldo e senza condizionatore,solamente un ventilatore a disposizione.

Unhealthy accommodation forced us to leave.
🙂 Good location
🙁 Was hot and air conditioning did not work and we were told had not worked for past year.
The apartment smelt of mould and there was mould in the shower. Mould is a health hazard.
We left after two nights as soon as we could get alternative accommodation.
The rental agency didnt seem particularly concerned.
