C'est dans le quartier privilégié de la préfecture, à quelques minutes à pieds de la place Bellecour et de la presqu'île, que se situe l'Aubelyne. Ce magnifique et très élégant T2 de 54 m² situé au 2ème étage avec ascenseur, sera votre très confortable pied-à-terre lyonnais.
Il se compose d'une entrée, ainsi que d'un grande pièce de vie lumineuse, avec coin salon et cuisine américaine, entièrement équipée, une chambre avec salle de bain attenante, douche, WC indépendant.
Wi-fi, Linge de lit et serviettes fournis, ascenseur.
Cet appartement pour 2 personnes, vous apportera tout l'espace et l'élégance que vous recherchez.
La chambre, avec dressing et salle de bain attenante, donne côté cour, avec une grande fenêtre. Elle est donc au calme absolu, et très lumineuse. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne, un sèche serviettes ainsi qu'un meuble sous vasque.
De nombreux rangements vous permettront de rester aussi bien quelques nuits que quelques semaines.
Vous serez à proximité du cours de la liberté, de ses nombreux restaurants et commerces. Vous n'aurez qu'à traverser le pont Wilson pour être directement sur la presqu'île.
Que ce soit le bus, le tram ou le métro place Guichard, tous situés entre 100 et 300 m de l'appartement, vous aurez l'embarras du choix pour vous déplacer dans toute la ville. La gare de la part est accessible en moins de 10 minutes.
NOTRE AVIS: Si vous aimez la décoration raffinée, vous serez séduits. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre, et particulièrement bien placé, proche de principales artères, tout en étant très calme.

This is a very nice apartment in the heart of Lyon, with most areas of the city (La Presqu'ile, Vieux Lyon, Part Dieu and Brotteaux) very walkable. The apartment is very well equipped for 2 people, although more glasses/dishes/silverware would be welcome so that one could take advantage of running a full load in the dishwasher after a few days. We had a stay of over 3 weeks and a change of linens was provided which was appreciated (although we had to make the bed). The towels and linens are of high quality.
We were not sure what to expect after reading a couple of negative reviews posted prior to our arrival. These were unfounded in our case - the unit was very clean upon arrival (although it does get dusty, which is normal) and we found the bed comfortable (though I would agree with the reviewer that the mattress is not a 'luxury' mattress). We had a mechanical issue upon arrival which was promptly attended to by management.
We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in this apartment. It was decorated very stylishly. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was convenient to both a Metro Stop and walking distance to Les Halles de Paul Bocuse for some delicious food. There are supermarkets nearby as well. Great place to stay in Lyon!

The place is in a good location, is reasonably clean and has good amenities. However the mattress is a thin layer of foam, not a full or real bed so you might have a tough night’s sleep.
Advice to the host would be to improve this one small issue and improve the experience dramatically.

Place is dusty, dirty and not clean for the price you pay. You pay a cleaning fee to be told clean the place before you leave, dishes and bins etc…so charging a cleaning fee for god knows!
Over priced massively! I would not pay more than £50 a night for this 1 bedroom flat. Also the toilet isn’t anywhere near the bathroom, no sink within so it’s inconvenient!
At a glance it’s nice but it’s filthy inside. Would not stay again or book via this agent as they do not respond to your messages.
Absolute rip off!

We are sorry to read that you didn't enjoy your stay in L'Aubelyne.
First of all we apologize for the dust you found at your arrival : indeed, the place was not rented for a long period and the person who made your check-in didn't take the time to clean up the place (Lyon has a lot of dust).
However, we politely ask the clients to respect the work of the staff : put off your trash, clean your dishes and of course, respect the accomodation. That's absolutely all we ask and it's in fact a quite common rule in thoses types of rented accomodations. We host a lot of guests throughout the years and 99% of them find it normal to do it so.
Also, we don't understand why you complain about the price : description, pictures of every angle... We give all the information on Airbnb in order to let you make your own choice. The apartment is large, confortable, peaceful but still well located in the second big city of France. We are still again sorry for the dust but we do believe that the price of night is appropriate.
We hope to see you again in one of others accomodations in order to convince you that our will is to give you the best stay.
