Présentation
L'Agence Cocoonr vous propose, situé au cœur du Carré d'Or et à moins de 150 m de la Cathédrale, ce petit bijou de 68 m² ! Bars, boutiques, commerces artisanaux, musées, restaurants et Winstub, le quartier sait comment satisfaire le plus grand nombre. L'appartement peut accueillir au maximum 4 personnes et situe dans une zone piétonne. Le logement est situé au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble de 6 logements, accessible uniquement par les escaliers.
Le logement se compose de la manière suivante :
- Une grande pièce à vivre chaleureuse avec canapé-lit confortable pour 2 personnes, table-basse, smart TV
- Une cuisine équipée : table à manger avec chaises, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, four, plaque de cuisson, bouilloire, toaster, machine à café, ustensiles de cuisine
- Une chambre avec avec un lit queen-size, table de chevet et espaces de rangement
- Une salle de bain avec douche, lavabo avec miroir
- WC séparés
- Un lit parapluie avec un matelas
Transports
- Arrêts de Tramway : "Porte de l'Hôpital" à 5 min à pied, "Langstross Grand rue" à 8 min à pied et "Homme de Fer" à 8 min à pied
- Parkings: Parking "Austerlitz" : 20€ / 24h, Parking Gutenberg : 44€ / 24h
- Possibilité de se garer dans la rue (cher, difficile d'accès, durée limitée)

Il est possible d'accéder au logement à partir de 16h et le Check-out doit se faire avant 11h. Les clés sont à retirer dans une boîte à clés installée dans le bâtiment. L'accès à l'appartement se fait en totale autonomie grâce à l'utilisation d'une serrure connectée.
Sur place, vous serez accueillis par l’équipe de Cocoonr Strasbourg, l’agence spécialisée en locations « prêt-à-vivre », qui sera à votre écoute tout au long de votre séjour pour vous permettre d’en profiter au mieux.

🙂 Spacious apartment, pleasant decoration, central yet calm location.
🙁 Showerhead fixing should be adjusted, as now the showerhead turns into the wall and does not reach the body while taking a shower.
The shower pipes need to be unclogged, as the water does not easily leave the shower basin.

J'ai aimé l'appartement qui était tout à fait conforme aux photos, propre, très vaste, confortable et très bien placé.
Mais ce que j'ai encore plus apprécié, c'est le professionnalisme du personnel de l'agence qui a répondu présent en amont du séjour mais aussi pendant pour solutionner de menues anomalies.

The apartment is very nice and well situated. The communication and check-in with the owner were easy. Nothing to complain about. The only thing that was a bit troublesome are the very noisy doors in the apartment (when you try to let children sleep) and the noise from the outside when people are talking at night or in the evenings.

Absolutely wonderful, We had the best time and certainly would recommend this property to others.
🙂 The property was perfectly situated, well appointed and very comfortable for our needs. It was very clean and spacious with the right amenities. Very good WiFi.
🙁 As it was quite cold at night it would have been better that the heating was operational.
Great Iron - but NO ironing board??
A small thing - would be good to have had written intructions in English as to how the washing machine worked and Induction cook top.

🙁 Is a traffic-free courtyard but it is noisy because of the restaurant next to the apartment and the delivery trucks early in the morning.

Fabulous location near everything! Lots of space!
🙂 It was nice that the instructions were also emailed an English – very easy upon arrival. Quirky yet charming little apartment, not fancy but completely comfortable – even had Netflix!
🙁 The kitchen has absolutely no spices, condiments or anything in it. Be forewarned. So for one week stay was a bit of a challenge. Would’ve really loved it if someone would’ve cleaned the inside and outside of the wrap around window/doors anytime this year. They were so filthy both inside and outside that you could barely see out of them and it really spoiled the view. I would’ve cleaned them myself, but there were no cleaning products. I kept most of them open, so it wasn’t a big deal – but the terraces were equally in need of care. Besides that - the apartment was comfortable and in the perfect location.

Only a short ride on the tram if you're arriving by train.
Within walking distance of almost everything in the city. Two minutes away from the beautiful cathedral or the river.
A superb location with bakeries and a supermarket close by to get your provisions. More restaurants than you could wish for within a stone's throw.
Apartment was as described and was very spacious and clean.
If you've been reading previous reviews the good news is that the shower is fixed.
Well equipped but unfortunately there are virtually no instructions for the equipment. We had a problem with using the induction hob (we've never used one) and despite being promised some help it failed to materialise. It wasn't a huge problem because we ate out most of the time but did somewhat detract from our stay.
We would stop here again.

Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön - auch der Ausblick auf den kleinen Platz vor dem Haus. Leider fehlt in der Dusche die Aufhängung, so dass man den Duschkopf ständig in der Hand halten muss. Die Türen quietschen und sind schlecht angestrichen. Die Küche ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch wiederkommen!!
🙂 Die Wohnung war sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Badezimmer auch gut, WC extra, ist auch gut. Insgesamt sehr charmant und nicht überladen mit unnötigen Zeugs. Wohnung ist sehr hell mit schönem Ausblick nach draußen.
🙁 Balkon war unbenutzbar, wegen Taubendreck. Fenster könnten auch mal geputzt werden, überhaupt ein bisschen mehr auf Sauberkeit achten. Zentrale Lage bedeutet viel Lärm, vor allem nachts. Nix für empfindliche Menschen.

This place was suitable. Very close to Cathedral and old town. Nice firm bed. Our main problem is that the shower head is not mounted on wall, so you have to hold it with one hand while showering (photo is inaccurate). We asked them to fix it as soon as we arrived and it was not fixed when we checked out three days later. AirBnB refunded a portion, so no complaints there. But do know that the agency host is not very concerned with helping you during your stay and shower is not mounted on wall.

Spacious apartment in a perfectly central and charming location
🙂 Spacious apartment in a perfect charming location, near everything and in the center of the old town.
Although in a busy touristic area, it is in a pedestrian street that is generally quiet.
The apartment has all the necessary amenities and equipment. Checking-in and out was smooth and easy. all the necessary information was provided well in advance. The managing company provided useful tips and information.
🙁 The hall and stairs at the entry of the building were not clean, nor the patio in from of the kitchen window, which did not give a good impression to start with. However, the apartment itself was very clean, except for the veranda.
Decoration of the apartment could be better - a mix of styles, with no particular charm, but confortable.

🙂 The apartment and its location are great
🙁 However, on the second night of our stay we couldn't get in since our electronic key didn't work. Only at 2 o'clock in the morning somebody from the staf got back to us only for us to stay outside the whole night with a 2 year old, since everything was fully booked. Just the next day somebody came just for us to get our luggages and almost missing our flight home. We got a refund, but nothing could pay back that experience . They should definitely find asolution in case of emergency
