Présentation
L'agence Cocoonr vous propose à la location, à Strasbourg, ce charmant appartement d’une superficie de 60 m² et pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 6 voyageurs. Situé au 1ᵉʳ étage (avec ascenseur), il se compose d’une jolie pièce à vivre de 25 m², d'une cuisine équipée, de deux belles chambres, une salle de bain (avec douche). Le ménage est inclus dans la location et du linge de qualité hôtelière 4* vous est fourni (draps, serviettes de toilette, torchons), votre lit sera préparé à votre arrivée. Wifi inclus (fibre optique).
Le logement se compose de la manière suivante :
- Une pièce de vie de 25 m² avec TV et canapé-lit double.
- Une cuisine équipée avec notamment : bouilloire électrique, four, four à micro-ondes, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, plaques de cuisson...
- Deux chambres avec 2 lits doubles (140×190)
- Une salle de bain avec douche
- Un WC séparé
Pour encore plus de confort, les propriétaires ont décidé d’investir dans les équipements complémentaires suivants : chaise haute, lave-linge, lit bébé, table et fer à repasser.
L’appartement est idéalement situé à Strasbourg, dans un environnement très agréable. Vous pourrez bénéficier à proximité de tous les commerces essentiels, mais aussi de boutiques, restaurants, bars, marché...
Transports :
Si vous choisissez de venir en voiture, vous pourrez vous garer à proximité au parking Austerlitz (parking payant).
Pour ce qui est des autres modes de transports, voici quelques informations qui pourront vous être utiles :

It had everything that we needed.
🙁 Initially the weather was cold and there was no heat . The property owner obtained some portable heaters by the next day which made the apartment much more comfortable.

Heerlijk ruim appartement, schoon en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt!
Wij waren er met hoge temperaturen, het wordt wel snel warm (airco had fijn geweest). Maar de ligging is súper!! Wij hebben met onze 3 kids een heerlijk weekend gehad.

Alles wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. Schlüssel bekommt man um die Ecke in einem Schließfach. Alles ganz easy. Daumen hoch ??

🙁 Table not big enough to seat 6 comfortably, not enough seating in lounge area for 6, or even 4 people. For a week stay need more tea towels. ;o)
If you are staying in summer and have the windows open, you will get some noise from the street.

🙂 El apartamento es fantástico en cuanto a diseño, vajilla, comodidades las tiene todas, incluido el sofá cama.
🙁 Al no tener aire acondicionado ni ventiladores tuvimos que abrir las ventanas y al ser una calle recta y larga los coches pasaban muy fuertes por la noche y con músicas muy altas. Nos despertaban continuamente hasta las 5 de las mañana. Si hubiese ventiladores y con unos buenos tapones para b oídos, es el sitio perfecto.
Un poco incómodo a la vuelta tener que devolver llaves en una lavandería.

Ein toller, ruhiger Rückzugsort inmitten des umtriebigen Strasbourg
🙂 Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man rasch zu Fuß nach La Petite France kommen möchte. Eine zur Wohnung zugehörige Parkgarage gibt es leider nicht, so dass man auf teils teure öffentliche Parkplätze angewiesen ist. Wenn keine Zeitnot besteht und man bereit ist, ein paar Meter zu Fuß zu gehen, ist das aber kein größeres Problem. Die Schlüsselabholung in einem Waschsalon hat ohne persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber super einfach funktioniert! Die Betten waren bequem, man konnte sehr gut schlafen.

🙂 İt was a nice place but it had too many little flaws that i dont think i would stay there again.
🙁 Especially the checkin and checkout process was the biggest problem. Their weird checkout method almost made me lose my transfer to Germany. Moreover, the Door of the apartment was not possible to lock from inside; And the lock was so weak- that made us feel insecure in the apartment.

🙂 蠻乾淨！離市區近！
🙁 一開始付款機制有點奇怪。
在預定處所時我選擇延後付款，但住宿方傳送連結來要求我線上付款並表示booking 不會幫忙處理款項，並表示不會扣款兩次，但我已經輸入信用卡資訊，所以我並沒有利用連結付款。
結果兩天後booking還是有自動扣款。
另外住所沒有空調，所以房間蠻悶熱。
