L'Agence Cocoonr vous propose ce charmant studio de 31 m² au cœur de Strasbourg pouvant accueillir 2 personnes situé au 5 étage, avec ascenseur. Il est idéal pour les couples, les amis ou les voyageurs d'affaires. Ce logement, entièrement rénové en 2018, a obtenu le classement 3 étoiles par ADT (Alsace Destination Tourisme). Vous serez situé dans le centre de Strasbourg, entre les places Kléber et Broglie, près du centre commercial Aubette.
Le logement se compose de la manière suivante :
- Un salon avec TV, canapé confortable, table à manger pour deux, table basse.
- Une cuisine avec micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain, réfrigérateur, nombreux ustensiles de cuisine.
- Un espace de repos avec un lit double confortable.
- Une salle de bain spacieuse et soignée avec cabine de douche, meuble de lavabo, toilettes et lave-linge

Le studio est situé dans le centre-ville de Strasbourg. Vous vous trouverez à proximité de la boulangerie FestiPain ainsi que d'un supermarché Monoprix.

- Centre commercial Aubette, à 2 minutes à pied.
- Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg, à 6 minutes à pied.

Vous pourrez accéder au logement à partir de 16h. Les clés sont à récupérer dans un distributeur de clés installé dans un hôtel en face de la gare. Il située à environ 12 minutes à pied du logement. ATTENTION : Cet hôtel ferme ses portes à 21h00, le check-in ne pourra donc pas se faire après 21h.

Loved the apartment. Would definitely rent again.
🙂 Exceptionally clean and well equipped apartment. Great shower. Easy walk to the main sights.
🙁 Wifi didn't work the first day. Owner had a back-up 4G router which we used on the following days. Some parts of the ceiling are very low, even for one who is 5" tall as I could easily hit my head.

Great choice in the city center

🙁 The penthouse room was quite warm in the summer time. Be sure to click the link from the message and read it through before arriving the room, otherwise you would have to go back to retrieve the key if it’s still in time.

🙂 Appartamento piccolino ma funzionale, in pieno centro a Strasburgo, vicino a quasi tutte le maggiori attrazioni e con varie fermate di tram a pochi passi. Trovata pulita e calda.
🙁 Abbiamo ricevuto solo un asciugamano grande a testa per la doccia, uno solo per il viso e uno solo da mettere a terra. Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato solo tre saponette. L’ascensore era difettoso e il corridoio buio.

Great place to stay. Now that I know the secrets of the key pickup, I would definitely stay here again.

🙁 Having to get the key at a different location was inconvenient, but not a deal-breaker. The biggest issue was the risk of head injury due to the low ceiling areas, especially entering the kitchen.

🙁 Für große Menschen (größer 1,80 m) ist die Wohnung sehr niedrig und es gibt viele Balken zum Kopf stoßen. Außerdem ist das Bett nicht sonderlich bequem.

Gorgeous apartment, annoying management
🙂 The flat is great - very comfortable, beautiful and very nice organised space with everything you need for a short stay. The location is great - in the heart of the town, but very quiet.
🙁 You have to be prepared for a quest for the key - you get a very detailed description ( go to the street X, there is a hotel. It closes at 21. Left from the receptor there is a blue door, etc.) and if you follow it, you find the key, which is a physical key and if you are two, you have to know, there is only one key. On the day before check out you get a mail with a to-do list: wash the dishes, put them away etc. No problem at all, but then comes the garbage. “Collect the garbage and throw it away, throw the glasses in one of the glass collection containers in the town”. You get you suitcase, the garbage bag and a bag with the glass, you hope it will not rain and you walk through the streets looking for containers. Honestly, I couldn’t find a glass container. An instruction where it might be, would be helpful. And then you return the key to the point you picked it up, which is quite far from the apartment. For me it was annoying. But if you are not bothered by this, the apartment is one of the best yo can have in Strasbourg.

Excellent stay for a week, clean, quiet and well set up.
🙂 This was a great little apartment in a great location, very clean and quiet. The tram was out the front door and the centre square was a block away. The apartment was set ups with everything a person needs - dishes, cutlery and cookware, towels, etc.
🙁 There was a problem with the Wifi for the first two days. Management did their best to make it work, and I finally figured out the wifi was connected to the switch by the door.

🙂 l’appartement était bien situé, il y avait tout le nécessaire à notre disposition.
🙁 le lit n’était pas très confortable, l’appartement n’était pas super propre (douche, l’intérieur du miroir,… surtout dans la salle de bain). Mon copain n’a fait qu’éternuer et il est allergique aux acariens, il y a certainement une corrélation entre les deux.

🙁 Literie infâme, 30 minutes aller-retour avec les valises pour récupérer les clés et rebelote au depart, juste pas possible, sincèrement je pense que au vu des tarifs pratiqués l'organisation pour la remise des clés devrait être repenser, c'est sur que nous ne reviendrons pas l'année prochaine !!!!!

🙂 The location of the apartment was ideal, right next to place Kleber.
🙁 The apartment was extremely cold. On our arrival (16/09) the outside temperature was 7-15 degrees and there was no heating in the apartment, thus making us walk around in the apartment in our jackets. After contacting with the agency who's handling the apartment, they replied that the heating is collective and they took no further action as to making our stay more comfortable heating-wise. Furthermore, they had us wash and put away the dishes and throw away any trash which practically means that the level of cleaniness -regarding dishes, glasses, cutlery- rests solely upon the cleaning capacity of the previous traveller and not that of a professional cleaner.

Regarding the heating, We completely understand how uncomfortable it must have been with the low outside temperatures during your stay. As mentioned, the heating is centrally controlled and starts at a specific date based on local regulations. However, we should have done more to ensure your comfort, such as providing additional heaters. We sincerely apologize that this was not offered in a timely manner. We will address this to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience regardless of the weather.
Regarding the dishes cleaning, it is correct that guests are asked to leave the dishes clean upon departure. However, our housekeeping team always checks the cleanliness of the dishes to ensure they meet the high standards of service we strive to provide.

🙁 I definitely do not recommend this accommodation! Except for the location, which is really in the center of the city, everything else was definitely devastating. First, pay attention, because you will receive the "apartment name" instructions in a link of some generic message, probably in the middle of the night a few days before your arrival, which you can easily miss. Then be prepared that if you do not arrive between 9 am and 5 pm, you will receive instructions on how to pick up the keys at a completely different location from the apartment, from where you have to walk for about 10 minutes, maybe more, especially if you are dragging suitcases with you in the middle of the night. If you need staff - who are very unprofessional, you can forget about the fact that you will be able to contact them outside of these hours, regardless of how you try to contact them. The e-mail provided in case of emergency is non-existent, and no one will answer on a phone number. Basically, if you need something in that case, you are on your own. It was terribly cold in the apartment, I guess "it was a problem" to turn on the heating a few hours before the guest arrived, not to mention that I needed 3 days of intensive heating before the temperature became comfortable to stay in the room (the outside temperature was around zero at the time of my stay). You have one duvet, and a spare one was dirty in the closet. When I asked for another one, they sent someone from the staff and told me that I already had a duvet on the bed, and that the other one was there "accidentally" and they took it to be washed, without leaving any replacement, because I guess while you are staying in their apartment you shouldn't be colder than they predicted, so you have nothing else to cover yourself with. The bathroom was not adequately cleaned, as were the kitchen utensils.

All the information regarding the key collection process and check-in times was clearly stated on our listing before you made your reservation. Additionally, we arranged for key collection at an alternative location so that you could access them outside regular hours, as we received your request only on the day of your arrival.
Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM by phone, and all the necessary details for your stay were sent to you two days before your arrival.
Regarding the heating, it is a central heating system, which may take some time to reach the desired temperature. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and remain available to assist if needed.
A blanket is provided for the bed, but unfortunately, we do not supply additional blankets.
As for the cleanliness, we regret that it did not meet your expectations. However, it is unfortunate that you did not inform us of any issues during your stay, as we would have taken immediate action to resolve them and make your experience more enjoyable.
