Présentation
Nous vous proposons à la location, sur la commune de Villeurbanne, ce charmant appartement climatisé avec wifi (fibre optique), d’une superficie de 70 m² et pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 5 voyageurs. Situé au 1er étage (sans ascenseur), il se compose d’une jolie pièce à vivre de 26 m², cuisine équipée, de deux belles chambres, d'un bureau, de deux salles de bain (avec douche et baignoire). Le ménage est inclus dans la location et du linge de qualité hôtelière 4* vous est fourni (draps, serviettes de toilette, torchons), votre lit sera préparé à votre arrivée.
Le logement se compose de la manière suivante :
- Une pièce de vie de 26 m² avec TV
- Une cuisine équipée avec notamment : bouilloire électrique, four, four à micro-ondes, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, plaques de cuisson, cafetière à dosettes Nespresso...
- Deux chambres avec chacune 1 lit queen-size (160×200)
- Un bureau avec verrière donnant sur une des chambres avec un canapé lit simple.
- Deux salles de bain avec douche et baignoire
- Un WC séparé
L’appartement est idéalement situé à Villeurbanne, dans un environnement très agréable. Vous pourrez bénéficier à proximité de tous les commerces essentiels mais aussi de boutiques, restaurants, bars, marché...
Transports :
Si vous choisissez de venir en voiture, vous pourrez vous garer à proximité de l'appartement, dans la rue (parking payant).
Pour ce qui est des autres modes de transports, voici quelques informations qui pourront vous être utiles :
- Gare la plus proche : Part Dieu à moins de 10 minutes en métro
- Aéroport le plus proche : Aéroport St Exupéry

The appartament was great, the street is a but noisy, but one of the bedroom gives on the court so more silent. Two rooms are connected by a glass window with a curtain, so maybe better for families or close friends.

Wonderful apartment
We stayed in this Villeurbanne flat for two weeks and were very pleased with its comfort and cleanliness. It's very close to the Charpennes station where you can take two different metro lines or a tram. There is also a bus station directly across the street so it's easy to travel all over the city. There is a delightful boulangerie right around the corner, as well as several convenient grocery stores, a pharmacy, and banks/ATMs. The TV has a YouTube app so we were able to get some American TV programming on evenings that we didn't go out.

No complaints about this apartment and would stay there again; apartment is ~15 minute walk to a very nice park/botanical garden and a short walk to a subway station (which is very easy to use and quick to get downtown). From the US - its a 2nd floor apartment. We were greeted by staff at check in who let us into the apartment. AC doesn't go lower than 22 C ~72 F. Close proximity to a corner pub / supermarket / McDonalds.

Lovely stay. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Air conditioning worked well.
Lovely boulangerie 2 minutes away (not vast amounts of other restaurants in close walking distance, but very easy 5 minute walk to metro). Supermarket 5 minute walk away.
Lyon was easy to explore by public transport.
Overall a great stay and I'd highly recommend

We stayed three weeks and it was great. A couple of small issues arose during the time which were fixed very quickly. Excellent. Nothing to fault with the apartment or the service.

Un super appartement, hyper propre (bravo Agence Cocoonr !), bien décoré, équipement parfaits, et très confortable (la climatisation n'est pas écoresponsable mais est très appréciable par certaines fortes chaleur...). 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 1 espace bureau, cuisine au top. Emplacement nickel, 200m du métro, quartier avec resto et commerce, pratique. Proximité Gare Part Dieu (15 minutes à pieds, 2 arrêts de métro). Rien à dire, c'est un Perfect !

The place was very clean, pretty, cozy and comfortable. It was close to the metro, so we easily and quickly could reached the center of Lyon. Our greeter Jenna was great, super nice and informative, on time and even helped carry our suitcases.

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé et très bien décoré !
Nous y avons passé 11 jours très plaisants.
Il se trouve à quelques minutes du métro Charpennes dans un quartier globalement tranquille avec pas mal de commerces aux alentours.
La gestion de la location par Cocoonr et l'accueil par Bernard ont été efficaces.

L’appartement est très joli, bien décoré, il ne manque rien au niveau des équipements. La literie est confortable et nous avons bien dormi.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux qui est pour nous le critère le plus important lequel, malheureusement, ne se retrouve pas partout. Nous recommandons sans réserve le Sherwood.

It’s great apartment, clean , well equipped with easy access to public transport, easy check in , good location. I would recommend this apartment! we stayed for 2 weeks and bathroom had some problem with drain but they came and fixed it. The only thing was that they didn’t inform exact time therefore we were not at place while all our personal things were there. In the end nothing happened just that was discomfort for us.

Large service apartment, beautiful decoration, completely essentail facilities and good location. I really impressive to Agence COCOONR, they welcome foreigers for staying. The staff will contact you before appointment time and very clear instruction. If you find the best accommodation in Lyon, this place is a nice choice.

We had a lovely stay in Lyon. The apartment was spotless and well-appointed and, the air conditioning was perfect with the weather being so hot. Our check in was a little hard - the person who met us for the key exchange spoke only French, and our communication was awkward. We waited 30 minutes for the key exchange after a very long travel day from the US. Overall, though, we couldn’t have been more comfortable in the space. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Beau logement, bien décoré et parfaitement équipé. L’emplacement permet un accès rapide à la station de métro de la ligne principale. Très pratique pour les courts séjour mais manque de luminosité. Attention votre pièce d’identité sera photographiée recto verso pour pouvoir récupérer les clés.

Really nice apartment. Spacious, well-furnished, comfortable, and clean. Aircon worked well, and the flat wasn’t noisy.
The location is good, wasn’t hard to find parking nearby, and plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants in the vicinity. It is 25 minutes walk to the centre, but the metro is only five minutes away.
Good information and instructions, overall would definitely recommend.

Super convenient and beautiful flat in Lyon
🙂 This is a beautifully refurbished apartment in a charming old building. High ceilings, old fireplaces and beautiful windows but modern furniture, very well equipped kitchen and everything else you need. Great location, a short walk from one of the main underground lines, in a part of town with lots of restaurants, bakeries and a few supermarkets. This would make an excellent base for exploring Lyon, it was for us.
Esteban, who let us in, was super helpful, gave us some local treats and was all around a nice guy. I appreciate the fact that there were a few tablets for both the dishwasher and the washing machine.
🙁 Don't let any of this scare you, but these are the things I'd like to mention:
This apartment is described as having two sofa beds. One of them is just a sofa, which caused us problems since we were four friends that did not wish to share beds.
The toilet is not attached to the floor, you need to sit down very carefully.
The AC. We could not get this to work until we went deep into the menues of the interface on the boiler and discovered cooling was turned off completely. I would recommend that a) you turn this on when it's 30 degrees outside and b) that you assemble a binder with instructions for the AC, the tv, where to dispose the garbage you were so very adamant about us removing and soforth.
But just to be clear, I would totally stay in this apartment again, should life bring me to Lyon one more time.

My friend & I had wanted a 2-BR, 2 bath, flat with AC. The flat itself is lovely & worked out for us, as there are excellent transport options into the center of Lyon in minutes, and to the language school we attended. There are supermarkets, fruit & veg vendors, pubs, butchers & restaurants nearby. We were able to cook some nice meals in the kitchen. We were surprised on arrival to find that there is only one toilet (WC) in the flat. There are 2 bathrooms with showers (one is en-suite), but neither of the bathrooms has a toilet-the lone toilet is down the hall. This took some getting used to, but worked out fine in the end. We were very happy to have AC. There were some hot days during our stay. We would have appreciated written instructions (or clear verbal instructions) on how to use the AC & induction stove top when we arrived, but Julia at AgenceCOCOONR was very responsive, and came over to show us. She also brought us a toaster. I would gladly return to this flat!

Le Sherwood est bien équipé et situé dans un quartier agréable. À 5 minutes du métro Charpennes, pas loin de la Part Dieu et du Parc de la Tête d'Or, nombreux commerces à proximité, on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied (il n'est pas facile de se garer dans la rue).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement qui est charmant et très bien placé. La communication avec l'agence a été facile et agréable.
Seule ombre au tableau : des problèmes d'écoulement dans les salles de bain en cour de résolution pendant notre semaine de vacances. Nous recommandons ce logement.
