Côté salon, 2 baies vitrées vous offrent un panorama incroyable sur la colline de Notre-Dame de la Garde et le Vieux-Port, un spectacle à couper le souffle. Côté chambre et cuisine, une vue sur l'un des plus beaux bâtiments de la ville : L'Hôtel-Dieu (qui abrite désormais un hôtel InterContinental), un ancien hôpital du XVIème siècle requalifié en palace au début du XXIe siècle.
L'appartement se compose ainsi :
Une entrée desservant à droite la grande cuisine avec vue sur l'Hôtel-Dieu.
En face, l'accès à la salle de bain et à la chambre avec vue sur l'Hôtel-Dieu.
À gauche, un grand salon avec salle à manger et une terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la colline de Notre-Dame de la Garde.
Depuis l'appartement tout se fait et se visite à pied : les musées de Marseille (MUCEM, Villa Méditerranée, Regard de Provence), la Cathédrale de La Major, la Vieille charité ainsi que le Vieux Port de Marseille.

Our stay at was great! The location of this apartment is amazing and the view is unbeatable, with views of the Notre Dame and Old Port. The location is perfect with lots of cafes right next to you. Would love to be back! :)

🙂 This is a fabulous place to stay. We took the shuttle bus from the airport and walked about 15 minutes from the St Charles train station. The area around the train station was a bit 'gritty' (i.e., homeless people, ugly buildings, etc.). When we arrived to our apartment we were impressed with the view, the light, the quality and comfort of the living room. Our first night we ate dinner on the terrace. The apartment is in a nondescript building, which I try to avoid since I like staying in older, more historic buildings. However, it is on one of the oldest and most important streets in Marseille and is next to the one of the oldest buildings in the city. During WWI, the nazis destroyed most of the sourrounding area so many of the buildings are from the 60s and 70s. Nonetheless, the view of the old port and the hill top across the way are magnificent. And the view of the Intercontinental from the kitchen, which is also a historic building (used to be a hospital), is equally impressive. Great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, fine cheese stores, and transport are all within walking distance.

Lovely flat in perfect super central location for walking , public transport or scooters to everything in the city. Really appreciated sitting on the balcony enjoying the buzzing city day or night, and the neighbourhood cafes and local grocery on the street, awesome ice cream place with innovative flavours. The host we met was super helpful, communication was perfect. Look forward to coming back.

A really nice apartment on the top floor with great views of the port and city. The location was ideal for us, an easy walk to Vieux-port and all of the attractions there along with surrounding neighborhoods. Also quick access to the Vieux-port metro which connects to nearby sights. The decor in the apartment is beautiful. Nice balcony for morning coffee with a view! We recommend and would stay again.

Une belle trouvaille, cet appartement plein centre septième étage avec terrasse, face au Vieux Port et à La Bonne Mère. Idéal pour pauser, se reposer, et profiter à 100% d'une escapade de 3 jours dans la belle et somptueuse cité phocéenne ! Le quartier la nuit est assez bruyant mais l'appartement offre des deux côtés la magnifique vue promise ainsi que de beaux volumes, une déco cosy et souriante. Comme toujours chez Cocoonr, la propreté est irréprochable et il ne manque aucun de tous ces petits conforts aujourd'hui indispensables. L'équipe de Cocoonr Marseille et La Belle Vue : un ticket qui s'est avéré vraiment gagnant pour ce séjour trop court mais tellement plein de vie et de charmes.

What a great location. We enjoyed cafe time down in the port, the wine bar across the street and oysters at Les Amateurs also across the street. Easy walk from the train station. Beautiful view from the balcony! AC in the bedroom was much appreciated. Kitchen was well appointed. It was everything we hoped for.

L'appartement est très bien situé, avec une belle vue et bien equipé. Ça nous a manqué le shampoing et le savon pour douche, qui était sur l'anonce mais n'ont pas été fournis. On a été très bien accueillis par Valentine qui a été très sympa et nous a donné des bons conseils. Je recomende.

This apartment has an incredible location by Marseille’s Old Port. Besides the location, the best part was the amazing view overlooking the port and Notre Dame de la Garda from the balcony. The apartment itself is large and comfortable – the living room and kitchen are especially spacious. Note that the toilet room is a bit odd – it’s a repurposed closet with a toilet set diagonally in the room – but not an issue. While the exterior of the building looks a bit rundown, the interior of the space is renovated and modern. If you’re staying in the summer, the living room may get a bit hot since the A/C is only in the bedroom. But the location is so great that you’ll probably spend most of your time out exploring anyway!

🙂 Perfect location on top floor beside Intercontinental hotel and easy walking distance to all areas around port. lots of coffee shops & restaurants nearby. Supermarket 2 mins walk. Amazing views of port and Basilique Notre-Dame from front balcony and of intercontinental hotel from kitchen & bedroom. Particularly stunning views at night. Very clean throughout. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything you need. 20 mins easy walk to beach. Really enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic location and charming apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Only a couple of things to note - checkin was a bit disorganized, there is lots of street noise in the bedroom which made it difficult to sleep, and there were only two towels and no extra blankets in the apartment.
