L'agence Cocoonr vous propose à la location dans le centre historique de Toulouse, ce superbe deux pièces climatisé avec wifi (fibre optique), d’une superficie de 61 m² et pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 2 voyageurs. Situé au 2ème étage (sans ascenseur), il se compose d’une entrée, d'une jolie pièce à vivre avec une belle hauteur sous plafond , une cuisine entièrement équipée, une chambre ainsi qu'un lit d'appoint avec salle d'eau, beaucoup de rangements et un wc séparé. Le ménage est inclus dans la location et du linge de qualité hôtelière 4* vous est fourni (draps, serviettes de toilette, torchons), votre lit sera préparé à votre arrivée.
Le logement se compose de la manière suivante :
- Une pièce de vie avec coin salon et salle à manger
- Une cuisine équipée et aménagée ouverte sur le salon
- Une chambre avec 1 lit queen-size (160×200) et des rangements
- Une salle d'eau avec douche et double vasque
- Un WC séparé
L’appartement est idéalement situé à Toulouse, dans un environnement très agréable. Vous pourrez bénéficier à proximité de tous les commerces essentiels mais aussi de boutiques, restaurants, bars, marché...
Transports :
Si vous choisissez de venir en voiture, vous pourrez vous garer à proximité au parking en sous sol Indigo d'Esquirol.
Pour ce qui est des autres modes de transports, voici quelques informations qui pourront vous être utiles :
- Métro le plus proche : Esquirol - ligne A à 3 min à pied
- Gare la plus proche : Toulouse Matabiau via la ligne A du métro ou à pied en 20 min

Very nice apartment well located in Toulouse. It's in a very central location where everything is within walking distance. It's spacious, pretty, very well equipped, modern. One of the great apartments I've rented on Airbnb. As some other noted, there is a bar downstairs that can be noisy on weekends but with the windows closed (there is AC if it's hot), you can barely hear it. My only negative point was the communications which were a bit tedious. It's going through an agency outside of Toulouse, they often don't have answers for you, and they reply by email rather than through Airbnb.

We loved our stay at the above apartment. Entry and exiting were very well described and went smoothly. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and the location for exploring Toulouse was just perfect
One area for improvement is the quality of the 2 small lounges which are not comfortable seats.

We really enjoyed this place. There was room to spread out and be comfortable. The flat is on a corner, which allows for two sets of big windows. It was wonderful to open all the windows and let a soft breeze blow through. By the way, the windows are new construction. Closing them provides quiet, despite the busy activity below. The place was very clean and well equipped. A large fridg with freezer to make ice! The bed was comfortable. The shower was large with plenty of hot water. You can walk to many places of interest. We arrived on a Saturday evening and were a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people out, but that was the busiest night of the week. Also, the people around are local with a significant blend of tourists. Still, unlike Paris where there are endless tour groups in some areas, you don’t feel stuck, or bogged down by the mass of people. Hope to return someday!

A nicely decorated large clean apartment with a quality contemporary kitchen and bathroom. Having a nice bathroom is key for me and they did. Comfy bed too. The sofas arent big and loungy for two people but thats because I think they convert into single sofa beds. This didnt bother me as I was still comfortable on it as one. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Toulouse. 5 stars from me. :-)

Great stay, we were there in the height of the heat in June and it was perfectly cool in the flat with the A/C. The kitchen is compact, well styled with everything you need, although we ate out at the restaurants nearby most evenings. Everything is walking distance, and if not there Toulouse velo for the longer journeys.

This Airbnb was the perfect base for our trip to Toulouse! The apartment was well decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was unbeatable – right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions and delicious restaurants. The host was helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Our host for checking in was amazing, providing all the information we required for our stay. The apartment is just as lovely as the photos and spotlessly clean. It is in a perfect spot for exploring the city, with many bars and restaurants close by. The only negative for me was the noise from the cocktail bar below the apartment which was open until 3am on the Saturday morning. It was, however, fine for the rest of the stay.

Had a great stay and loved the location! Checking in was complicated by canceled flights and hosts' work schedule so I would recommend a lockbox for self check in.

The apartment was exactly as described, well priced and equipped (air worked well), amazing location and easy to walk to main attractions. The couches could be more comfortable for relaxing after exploring the city, but did not impact our stay. thanks to the hosts for a lovely stay!

Great spot. In walking distance of everything. Lovely size. Piyy the sofas in the lovely lounge were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that it was great.

Nice, spacious, and clean apartment. Conveniently located in the Capitol neighborhood -- sites accessible by foot, nice restaurants around. There is a bar around the corner from the apartment which gets noisy on Friday nights. The windows are quite effective at blocking out the noise however if you are a light sleeper I would recommend bringing ear plugs.

The apartment is spacious and well located in the city center. It has a comfortable bed and the kitchen is decent and workable for a long stay. There are some notable issues - the apartment is above a popular bar that is quite noisy on the weekends, as tables are outside. The windows help somewhat, but they are not soundproof. The toilet is awkwardly located at the entrance of the apartment and not near the bathroom. The sofas are just awful. They are designed to be converted into a bed, but they are not at all comfortable for sitting. Lastly, the agency only provided 2 towels for a 3 week stay. They state that it is just 2 towels per person. Overall, it is a nice apartment in a good central location, however it isn’t that comfortable for long stays with the noise and poor furniture.

Nous sommes en revanche très surpris de votre retour étant donné que tous nos voyageurs apprécient énormément ce logement ! Il est très beau, spacieux, lumineux et idéalement situé. Les canapés se sont pas proposés en lit, les serviettes que nous disposons à votre arrivée dans les lieux sont valables pour la totalité de votre séjour ( en revanche, vous aviez la possibilité de les passer à la machine à laver disponible dans l'appartement si besoin). Agréable journée à vous, bien cordialement.

This place is perfectly located, it is in walkable distance from everything. Having air-con was amazing during the hot weather.

This apartment had various problems:
1. It had a very late check-in time of 16:00, and the host was unwilling to let us in earlier. We had to wait almost 5 hours on a hot day.
2. The door handle of the toilet fell off (at appeared to have been installed backwards), trapping my partner inside. I had to come an rescue her from outside. Had I not been there she might have been stuck for a very long time.
3. The shower is a stupid design, and if the drain is even slightly blocked it pours water over the bedroom floor.
4. Charged us a cleaning fee, but still asked us to do cleaning when we checked out.
We will not be returning.

Please know that customer satisfaction is at the heart of our work, and we are truly disappointed to know that the experience did not live up to your expectations. We are really surprised about the check-in time remarks, our check-out is at 11am, and you try to access at the apartment at 11.30am, apartment was not ready yet. Cleaning team sended us a photo of your luggages in front of apartment door, and we wrote you when apartment is prepared at 2pm to can access earlier at the apartment.
We came directly to the apartment for the handle and fixed it.
We simply ask that you do your dishes and take out your trash, a simple rule of propriety :)
However, we take note of your comment regarding the shower and will remain attentive to other feedback if this is really a problem.
