Is the radiator still warm or completely cold even though it is switched on?

• The radiator does not heat evenly? There is probably an air problem, it is time to purge the radiator. In this case, contact our Cocoonr team so that we can intervene.
• The radiator is equipped with a thermostatic valve? It may be that the thermostat is simply closed or lowered. If the thermostat is down, it should be turned up. It is also possible that the thermostat is faulty, in which case contact our Cocoonr teams so that we can intervene.
• The system of your radiator may be clogged by an accumulation of sludge deposits, which form over time in the heating circuit, making the radiator less efficient. In this case, contact our Cocoonr teams so that we can intervene.

Some radiators heat up but others do not?

This may be due to poor balancing of the system. Turn off all your radiators that are heating and leave open only the one that is not heating.

Then let the system run until it heats up completely and gradually reopen the other radiators. This should solve the problem.
