Air conditioner The air conditioning doesn't work properly, what can I do?

The air conditioner is dripping and seems to be leaking: Empty the condensate pan and clean it.

The lights on the air conditioning control panel are off: Check that the circuit breaker is not turned off and that the fuse is not blown. Check that the power cord is properly connected. Check that there is not a general power failure.

The remote control of the air conditioner does not work: Check that the batteries are new and properly inserted.

The air conditioner makes a strange noise: Turn off the air conditioner for 10 minutes so that the motor can cool down. Turn it back on and check if the noise persists. If it does, contact our Cocoonr team.

The air conditioner is no longer cold: Program the air conditioner by choosing new settings that are better suited to the needs of the home. Don't forget to close the various openings in the room when the air conditioning is running.
