Check for possible fire outbreaks:

Check that there is nothing in the oven or burning on the fire. If the presence of smoke persists, the alarm will resume within 15 minutes (for safety reasons).

To turn it off and put the detector in "silent" mode, press the central button on the detector. As a last option, remove the batteries from the device.

Other causes:

• The battery in the smoke detector is almost or completely flat, so it will need to be changed.
• Dirt on the device: Clean the optical chamber and the sides of your smoke detector with a small brush or a damp cloth.
• Does the smoke detector still beep? This may simply be a malfunction. In this case, contact our Cocoonr team.
