First of all, check that the wifi password is correctly written. Differentiate between the zero and the letter O.
If you are unable to connect to the wifi network, disconnect and reconnect the connection (if wired, disconnect and reconnect your cable).
If it still does not work, restart the Internet box. If the lights on the box are red, disconnect and reconnect the box a few seconds later.
If not, look at the network adapter and check that it is correctly positioned in its port.

If you are using the WiFi connection: try to connect with another device to the box's WiFi network (via a computer or smartphone).
If you are using an Ethernet cable on your main device, also try to connect this cable to another device.

On your computer, once in the settings, click on "Network and Internet", then on "Wifi" in the column on the left of the window.
If the problem persists, it is because the Internet service provider is probably experiencing a network failure.

If the Internet is slow even though the connection is delivering a decent speed, these difficulties may be due to a Wi-Fi problem. If you have connected a lot of devices to the wifi, the wifi can become capricious...
