sink How to unblock a sink?

A sink/sink can become blocked very quickly, particularly due to an accumulation of detritus (hair, fur, food, etc.).

Here is a solution to remedy the problem:

• First of all, remove all the elements around the trap and add a basin (or a large saucepan) underneath so that the detritus goes in.
• Unscrew the lower part of the trap (be careful not to lose the seal of your trap which will have to be replaced before screwing it back in).
• Remove the dirt blocking the sink and clean the trap. 

Screw the siphon back on, placing the seal as it was and then check that the water flows normally.
