L'appartement est situé au 6eme étage (ascenseur jusqu'au 5eme puis il faut monter un étage à pied ensuite).

Very tiny, but nice apartment. And you couldn't ask for a more central place.
I was greeted when I came. Everything is functional, and the apartment was clean when I arrived. The view from the window is incredible.
The reason I'm not giving it five stars is the communication. I had some problems that needed an electrician. They send people out to look at it a few times. Which was nice, but at one point I got a text five minutes, before a guy locked himself into the apartment without knocking. That felt like an intrusion of my privacy.
Also the bathroom doesn't have door, only a curtain.
All in all I would recommend a stay in the flat.

Ideal for a short break for one person
🙂 This is an excellently located property at the heart of the Vieux Port - almost everything in Marseille that you could want to see is within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is very compact but fine for one person for a short stay, especially if you use it is a base for sight-seeing. Despite its central location it's not a particularly noisy area although street-cleaning (as in other French towns) starts early in the morning.
There is a lift to the fifth floor and the apartment is on the sixth, so bear this in mind. The bathroom is small but adequate for one person.
The host who met me to hand over the keys way very friendly and responsive; my train was slightly late and she was able to adjust her schedule appropriately. Communications with the property generally were easy and extensive.

Klein, aber fein
🙂 Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach genial, weil sehr zentral. Auch wenn der Raum recht klein ist, so fehlt es doch an nichts. Die Aussicht auf Notre-Dame de la Garde ist phänomenal.
🙁 Die Dusche ist wirklich eng, das Waschbecken daneben schmaler als meine Schultern. Beides aber eine sinnvolle Lösung in dem kleinen Apartment, das am Fenster nur rund 2 Meter breit ist. Im Bett habe ich (195 cm) ausgestreckt beide Wände berühren können. Aber auch das passt nachts schon irgendwie...

Kleines Studio, zentral, ruhig, schöne Aussicht
🙂 Sehr gute zentrale Lage und doch sehr ruhig. Schöne Aussicht auf Notre Dame und über die Dächer.
Komplette Einrichtung für Kochen usw. Habe immer gut geschlafen. Aufzug fast immer verfügbar für den 5. Stock.
🙁 Fixe Einrichtung hätte Renovation nötig.
Wasserhahn in Küche mit viel Spiel befestigt und mit entweder kaltem oder extrem heissem Wasser. Duschzelle und Befestigung Dusche fragil. Kleinigkeiten zwar, aber bei jedem Händewaschen, Abwaschen und Duschen zu beachten, sonst tuts weh.
Zwei sehr fragile Tische, die bei einer falschen Berührung in sich zusammenfallen und ein Stuhl mit Lehne fehlt auch.
Aber auf dem Bett liegen ist OK und eigentlich ist ja alles da für gute Ferien

🙂 L'accueil de Marion, les équipements de l'appartement ainsi que l'emplacement très central, ports, opéra et restaurants tout proche, je recommande le restaurant tunisien, le palmier rue vacon à 2 minutes, monop en bas de l'immeuble, appartement idéal pour un cours séjour et une personne seul....

🙂 On arrival nice meeting with agency representative, who presented the apartment and also shared some travel tips. Excellent location with a great window view over the city. Good bed.
🙁 Bathroom was impractical, shower space really small and wobbly. The overall tidiness of the building (entrance, hallway) was far from ideal.
