Présentation
La Sentinella est un sublime appartement situé au 8ème étage au dessus du Vieux Port de Marseille. Un point de vue incroyable d'ou vous dominerez l'ensemble de port et admirerez tant le lever du soleil, que Notre Dame de La Garde , ou les entrées et sorties des bateaux. Entièrement refait à neuf en 2022 par une architecte d’intérieur, ses 66m² vous offriront un grand espace de vie avec 2 grandes baies vitrée et une pleine vue grâce aux gardes corps vitrés. Une grande chambre parentale avec extérieur au dessus du port, ainsi qu'une chambre d'enfant avec 2 lits superposés (soit 4 couchages) vous permettrons de passer un séjour incroyable à Marseille. Draps et serviettes de toilettes de qualité hôtelière 4* sont fournis, votre lit sera fait à votre arrivée. Torchons et tapis de bain également fournis. Accès internet Wifi par fibre.

You just won’t get enough of the view, the apartment is spacious and completely brand new and has everything that you need, they have thought of the smallest details. Cleaning was spotless and the agency was always responsive and professional. They had a welcome gift for our arrival. I highly recommend and will definitely stay there again if I happen to go to Marseille

Un appartement au calme, lumineux avec en prime une vue sur la Basilique Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde incroyable !!
Il y a tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme « à la maison ».
Idéalement situé sur le vieux port pour flâner, il y a aussi les arrêts de bus et tram très proche pour rejoindre les plages et autres lieux.
Je conseille cet appartement et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

perfectly located on the border of the charming "Le Panier" area, on the rooftopfloor of an old building overlooking the old port and the cathedral. The accommodation is renewed in style, you could still smell the newness. Very stylish interior, with an eye for details, equipped with everything you need. Plus an unbeateable view. It's not the cheapest but definately worth its price, highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful space in Marseilles overlooking the Port. -Agency sends someone to help get you in, however our plane was delayed so we missed her & her communication was incorrect so that was frightening knocking on the wrong apartment.
-Guests are supposed to receive an email with instructions to get in & for the home, we did not & I asked multiple times.
-It is HOT in the summer. We had 6 nights without AC & The port is LOUD w/ the windows open. When she finally came to show us how to use the AC - you must put the remote within inches of each unlabeled box that was built around the AC. So we finally slept with the cooler air. ??
-We were told they would pass on any incidentals because of the lack of AC & poor communication.
-Despite these troubles, we loved the location. The building & unit is safe with secure doors. The beds, linens & dishes were lovely. Bring your own coffee & Thank you for the lovely Welcome gift. ?? We would certainly stay again.

My mom, son and I had a lovely stay in Marseille.
However;
-The stairs up to the apartment and the stairs up to the life within the complex was unexpected - and made getting in and out of the apartment challenging at times with a buggy.
-Also, as a super host - a token is always welcomed on arrival - as people are generally tired from travelling.
-I was also sent a link to pay a €99 bill for a missing nightlight from the child’s bedroom, this wasn’t there during our stay. I found this communication a stressful end to the holiday.

okay, but city was a bit dangerous.
🙂 The appartement was clean and everything looked new. You had a view on the old port of the city. The appartement had a modern look to it. The appartement also matched the photo's that were shown on the site. Nice kitchen and dinningroom.
🙁 The city was a surprice for us. We staied at the edge of the city, but every night you could hear the police riding witg its sirens. We were there in july of 2023 at the times when there were riots. There wasn't a privat parkingspace for this appartement, we always had to searche our own space in the city.

Tästä johtuen vierailumme jouduttiin turvallisuussyistä lopettamaan suunniteltua aiemmin ja siirryimme rauhallisempaan kaupunkiin. Asunto oli kaunis, toimiva ja vastasi kuvausta. Maisema unohtumaton. Luotettava ja tavoitettavissa oleva majoittaja. Lapsille oli runsaasti leluja tarjolla ja tervetuliaislahja odotti pöydällä saapuessa.

Normally, this area is ideally located to enjoy Marseille and discover our city.
Unfortunately, the riots in France at the end of June 2023 did not permit you to discover the area and the city in the best conditions. The area is normally pleasant and peaceful.
Unfortunately, these events are beyond our control, so it's unfortunate that you give a 3.8 rating to our Sentinella accommodation, which seems to have suited you perfectly. We are sorry, of course, that your experience was not perfect.
