Présentation
Nous vous proposons à la location, à Vitry-sur-Seine, ce charmant appartement, d’une superficie de 47 m² et pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 6 voyageurs. Situé au rez-de-chaussée, il se compose d’une jolie pièce à vivre de 24 m², d'une cuisine ouverte équipée, de deux belles chambres et d'une salle d'eau. Il dispose également d'une place de parking privé ! Nous n’attendons plus que vous !
Le logement se compose de la manière suivante :
- Une pièce de vie de 47 m² avec TV (accès netflix), Wifi (fibre optique), canapé convertible (double) et espace repas.
- Une cuisine ouverte équipée avec notamment : four, plaques de cuisson, cafetière, vaisselles et couverts...
- Chambre 1 : un lit double (140×190).
- Chambre 2 : un lit double (140×190), draps et serviettes inclus
- Une salle d'eau avec douche et WC.
Pour encore plus de confort : lave-linge, sèche-linge, table et fer à repasser.
L’appartement est idéalement situé à Vitry-sur-Seine à 20 minutes d'Orly en voiture, dans un environnement très agréable. Vous serez à proximité de tous les commerces essentiels mais aussi de boutiques, restaurants, bars, marché...
Activités :
- Exploradrome de Vitry - 5 min à pied.
- Musée d'art contemporain du Val de Marne - 5 min à pied.
- En centre-ville, la galerie Jean Collet, installée dans des anciens bains-douches, est également un lieu d’expositions d’art contemporain.
- Se balader dans la ville et profiter du street-art.
Transports :
- Gare la plus proche : Gare RER C située à 5 min à pied pour rejoindre Paris en 10 minutes (Saint Michel Notre Dame en 4 arrêts).
- Aéroport le plus proche : aéroport Paris Orly situé à environ 20 minutes en voiture.

Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Everything was exactly the same as in the photos and the RER and the bus station is close, stores, market, bakery everything is a walking distance from accommodation. The apartment is spaceious, clean and has everything you need for comfortable stay. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Even though the rating is 5 stars, there is room for improvement. For example, there are no hangers for hanging clothes, and I would add paper kitchen towels to the kitchen. And when 5 or 6 people are registered, I would prepare an adequate amount of towels and not just for 4 people. Otherwise, as I wrote, excellent accommodation.

It’s a good apartment for a family vacation. We liked everything.
There was only one thing that can be improved which is adding a source of ventilation such as a tower fan or something to the smaller room. It get’s hot in the night.

Lovely apartment
🙂 Clean, modern and well equiped apartment. Lots of space. Very helpful host that sorted any issues we had straight away.
🙁 Quite far away from Paris. Takes about 30 mins by Uber or 45 using the trains to get right into the city. Not a bug issue but is definitely further than noted in the property details.
Instructions to get into the apartment didn’t explain how to get in or where the keys were so spent about an hour trying to figure it out before having to call the owner very late at night. He was extremely helpful though and got this sorted straight away once reached by phone.
No aircon.

L'appartamento carino e funzionale, la gestione del deposito cauzionale da migliorare decisamente
🙂 L'appartamento era molto carino e pulito, ci abbiamo soggiornato comodamente con la mia famiglia (2+3 bambini). La cucina era funzionale. La RER C (quella che va alla tour eiffel e versaille) e' a 10minuti a piedi, noi abbiamo fatto il navigo decouverte 30E per una settimana 5 zone e abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina per una settimana nel comodo parcheggio annesso all'appartamento. C'e' un provvidenziale carrefour nelle vicinanze. Per cui per visitare Parigi e dintorni e' un appartamento consigliato.
🙁 Non sono stato molto contento del deposito cauzionale di 350E che viene richiesto dall'agenzia che gestisce questo appartamento circa 7 giorni prima dell'arrivo e ti viene restituito tra 7gg e 10gg dopo (io l'ho ricevuto dopo 8gg), anche se il controllo dello stato dell'appartamento, almeno nel mio caso, e' avvenuto entro il giorno successivo la mia partenza. Colpa mia che non avevo letto attentamente la descrizione, ma non mi era mai capitato con booking di dover pagare dei depositi cauzionali e lasciarli cosi' a lungo (e di appartamenti ne affitto molti nelle mie vacanze).

el lugar estaba muy bien ubicado, el tren (para ir al centro)se encuentra a unas cuadras de distancia. cuenta con cochera privada y techada.
hay varios restaurantes y tiendas cerca.
El departamento estaba totalmente renovado, por lo que todo se veía nuevo a excepción del sofá-cama. es muy malo! el colchón es un hoyo y se sienten los fierros.
El suelo cuando llegamos estaba sucio, solo había dos vasos para beber, sólo un plato ondo (para cereal). 6 platos extendidos.
La escoba er muy pequeña (de la altura de mi hijo pequeño) por lo que no se puede usar a menos que seas más peque o de un metro de altura y la fregona estaba muy sucia, así que no pudimos limpiar nosotros mismos. no había información para poder tirar la basura, buscamos por todas partes y no encontramos donde dejarla.
la falta de limpieza me hizo pensar que las sábanas no eran limpias (puede ser que si, no hay forma de saberlo)

Die Wohnung liegt im Hochpaterre, Fenster nicht kippbar (!), ein gefangenes Schlafzimmer.
Außerdem liegt sie in der Zone 3 des ÖNPV, wodurch Extrakosten entstehen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 150 m um die Ecke. Gute Versorgungsmöglichkeiten.
Ansonsten sehr sauber und wie in den Bildern wiedergegeben.

De agency gaf aan dat de gasten het appartement moesten schoonmaken en het beddengoed wassen en drogen, maar bij navraag bij de eigenaar bleek dat schoonmaak was inbegrepen in de huurprijs.. Dat vonden wij nogal vreemd van de agency en gaf ook wat stress bij ons omdat de agency dit ons doorgaf op de dag van aankomst. DAT KLOPT DUS NIET. De agency moet de schoonmaak regelen, niet de gasten. De eigenaar was super behulpzaam. 5 sterren voor de eigenaar, 1 ster voor de agency.

Furthermore, although the cleaning is included, the advertisement and the booking confirmation sent to you stipulate that the accommodation must be returned in a correct state (taking out the rubbish, cleaning the appliances after use etc). Im Großen und Ganzen ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, ist zwar etwas kleiner als auf den Bildern, aber man hat sich wohlgefühlt.
Als wir ankamen, hatten wir schon bemerkt, dass das WC schmutzig war. Auch der Staub war nicht zu übersehen. Die Badematte war sehr schmutzig, am Boden in der Wohnung waren überall Staubfusseln mit Haaren, die Bettwäsche war auch dreckig, sowie die Handtücher und bei einem Fenster ging die Rollläden nicht runter. Am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir die Wohnung sauber hinterlassen (Geschirr und Boden gesäubert). Wir wussten aber nicht wo wir den Müll entsorgen können. Daher ließen wir ihn in der Wohnung.
Für euren nächsten Besuch bringt bitte Geschirrtücher mit, es sind leider keine vorhanden!
Trotzdem ist sie sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine gute Lage (Bahnhof und Supermarkt).

This place was quite nice and a great place for a small family to experience center of Paris within 30 min.
Even with the places charm, we did have some issues with the unit. Firstly, we had a family of 5 but only one towel was provided and no washcloths. The mat in the bathroom, and fridge were both dirty and not cleaned before our arrival or at least not cleaned well.
We also experienced our shower overflowing because of the slow drainage.
The sofa slants and the cushions are not ideal for people who actually want to use it but the sofa bed is nice.
Lastly, the unit was very cold and only runs off radiator. We had an infant so it was not the best experience.
We really wanted to love this place. Although it has its few charming goods, we just did not have the experience we are used to for Air B&B
